The fifth and final issues paper on the Review of the Law Trusts: "Court Jurisdiction, Trading Trusts and other issues: Review of the Law of Trusts" is now available to read and download at Law Commission.
The next stage in the comprehensive trust law review program being carried out by the Law Commission will be the release of a discussion document that will signal the form of proposed trust law changes.
